I just got back from Andy's, a Chinese restaurant on 9th Ave near Judah St. I bought Mushu Pork and and steamed rice. What a dissapointment. There was hardly any pork in the dish. It was mostly cabbage and fried egg. The flavor was average at best. For $6.95 at most Chinese restaurants you get an abundance of veggies, as well as meat. Not at this place. I highly recommend going to one of the other numerous Chinese restaurants when in the Sunset district.
